Luke began his career in finance, moving swiftly up the ranks at the investment management company, Vanguard. After gaining a wealth of knowledge, he joined War Against Work. That experience gave him a solid foothold for managing the team and operations. He combines a business-savvy approach with years of experience in the digital space.

Rob Penner has been a professional photographer and creative force in the advertising, marketing and branding industries for over 30 years. He works closely with all members of the team to develop a creative solution that is unique, focused, determined and dedicated to excellence.

William has over 6 years of experience in online media production beginning with a stint at the Onion Network News.   He's spent the last year running a variety of successful web properties and prides himself in bringing cutting edge marketing solutions to his client-centric style of business.

Dan is a rare breed. A visual artist and writer at heart, he came into web development by an internship with a design company in his hometown. His unique set of tools are sharpened by engagement with the latest in social media, inbound marketing and project management. As a designer and developer, Dan brings a keen interest in sustainable customer satisfaction.
